How to create account?

Every page of i9 Essentials website have account link given in the header above the navigation bar. 

You can simply click on this link and fill out your information to create an account. Once you have filled out and submitted your information you will be logged-in and can start purchasing immediately. 

When you are finished with your purchase you can logout from the header above the navigation bar next to the account link.     

 Can I purchase products without an account?

No, you do not have to have an account with i9 Essentials but you will need to log in every time you make a purchase. 

 What if I forget my password?

Simply click on the account link that is in the header above the navigation bar.  This will bring up the account page where you can login at.  Under the password input there is a link that says Forgot your password?  Once you click on this link, type in your email and press submit.  Once you do this an email will be sent out for you to reset your password.

 

Ordering and Payments

What are my payment options when placing an order?

i9 Essentials accepts all major forms of credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.  Also, we take payments through PayPal, and accelerated payments through Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay.  

 Can I track my order?

Once you order, we will email you a tracking number.  Then you can either track your order directly through UPS or you can use our Track My Order which is a link located in the footer of the website.

 What is the average time of shipping?

i9 Essentials shipping time varies based on location but delivery time averages 3-7 days after purchase. For expedited shipping, please call us at +1-(800)-311-2097 - additional fees may apply.

Can I edit an existing order?

Yes, you can edit an existing order, but only if the order has not been fulfilled yet.  Please contact us at +1-(800)-311-2097. Note: If the order is processing, shipping charges may still apply

What if I receive the wrong items or items are missing?

Please click on the contact us link located in the websites footer, and fill out the contact form or call us at +1-(800)-311-2097. If all items have been fulfilled and you have received a fulfillment email, please give us a call and we will assist appropriately. Note: UPS might deliver packages on separate days if you are receiving more than 1 box.

Can I return an order and how do I return my order?
